Get Involved
Do you want to be involved in IEF projects? There is an unparalleled level of satisfaction gained from helping a child secure a future.
Fundraising
You can help the IEF from the comfort of your own neighbourhood by fund raising door-to-door in residential areas and talking to members of the public about our work.
You can also get involved in one of our many appeals (further information to follow).
If you are active in your community you may even wish to organise supporting events such as sports tournaments /dinners/ collections. Our dedicated team will help you in arranging this (fundraising@iefund.org.uk)
Teaching
If you feel you have the desire and the skills needed to teach under-privileged young children and are passionate about this, then why not join us on one of our expeditions to the developing-world.
We are currently looking for university students or graduates who are interested in teaching basic sciences, mathematics and literature to under privileged children aged 8-13 years. This role is mentally challenging, physically demanding but exceedingly gratifying. If this interests you then please submit your Curriculum Vitae and a passport size picture to our academic department, with "volunteering abroad" in the subject line to academic@iefund.org.uk.
If you're successful you will be contacted for an interview and you will be informed of the opportunities available to you. We take good care of our volunteers and will make sure your travelling and accommodation will be catered for by us.
Other
If you wish to learn more about the organisation and feel you can offer skills in a different capacity then please do get in touch with us. We are avidly seeking to explore innovative ways to help better the lives of children we are fortunate enough to serve.
